Disappointed from the start. The check in staff were not friendly and unhealthful. The checked me in with minimal concerns. The room however, has a strong odor of vape/medicinal edibles. The A/C unit is broken and the bedding has no covers. Not a recommended location. For a big chain, I’ve spent the same money on family owned locations with little to no complaints.

Room smelled like cat pee. No shampoo, conditioner, body wash available. Blackout curtains did not black out all light. There was an open gap around the door which made it not easy to sleep.

I booked luxury room, they gave a ground floor of accessibility room which full of stinky smell. I could not change room no matter up or down grade the room when checkin, it because the booking through Expedia, not direct to them. The manager ignored to talk to us and left the office. After 20 mins disputes with the staff, we finally got down grade to room which is acceptable. Motel 6 Rose Mead given us the worst experience ever had !!!

there was a very noisy couple of nights with people hanging out in the parking lot in the car drinking and smoking and making loud noise for hours on end into the night and i am surprised the management could not be aware and see it on the property cameras. in addition the occupant next to my room was noisy into the wee hours of the night and eventually the Sheriff came knocking loudly on the door and calmed the person down for the rest of the night. not comfortable place to stay.

Sarah was super rude we asked to speak was supervisor and continue to not give us any information on when we would be able to speak to a supervisor we were told multiple times to call back on Monday to speak to one when we did call back on Monday. There was no supervisor to be found.

I booked last minute, hotel unclean, stinky, stains on sheets, broken, sketchy outside area. Room looked used. Unable to sit or lay down due to uncomfortable. Left at night due to unable to relax.

Shower was leak and water spilled all over the bath room. Tenants are out late at night talking and smoking. The room was far back and I was not feeling safe at all for some reasons. Price is reasonable but not worth it. For 20 or 30 more, you can get a decent hotel room. I guess I get what I paid for.
