This property had many items that were broken including we did not have hot water. We gave management a chance to correct this by some sort of refund as we were not told they were having issues with their boiler when we had 5 people check in to the suite we paid for. I would have expected notice of this at check in with a discount or other similar hotel options in area with rooms. Hot water for showers is an expected part of the hotel experience when coming to prepare for events and vacations. I feel they did not live up to the Marriott name and are stealing by charging full price while showers were not available to us unless we used cold water in January. In addition, there was no shampoo or condition in the dispensers, the drain was clogged. The jets on the hot tub didn't work. There was a sign on the juice dispenser for breakfast that it was out of of order without other juice options provided. I waited to do a review to see if management would work this out with us but through Expedia, they have refused. We came in late at night and left at 4:00 am and found out the water was not hot for showers. We called throughout the day to a busy signal to alert them of concerns with our room. When we arrived back for night two near 10, though expedia also emailed them, none of the conditions were taken care of, we reported them again and that is when maintenance came to fix the drain but told us hot water was an issue throughout the building given all the complaints.
