This was not a fancy hotel by any means, but the Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Free wifi. Located only a few blocks away from the Glendale Mall and the Americana Mall. Easy access to the freeways (5, 134 and 101). They accommodated our family above and beyond!!! Thanks!!!

My only issue was with the height of the sink counter. Our room was upstairs (no elevator), not sure why the counter height was so low -- and I'm only 5'4"! But the room was otherwise very pleasant.

We have gone here in past but this time around this motel was not like it used to be. First off the tv was not working the whole two nights i was there and when asked what was wrong with the tv the manager comes to check it and says it's not the tv it's the cable. Supposely the cable has been having problems and it's nothing he can do about it. So much for the HBO they offer! Also the shower hardly even had water coming out of it!

I reserved a non smoking room, i got there after 7 and i got a smoking room because they had given out my non smoking earlier in the day. My husband aave and son have asthma, only reason i didnt leave was because i was going to get billed for the room. And everything was sold out. But had a horrible ht.. pool too small to even bother. Only coffee not even a muffin for breakfast. Uhhhhhh.. horrible..
