Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The woman looking after the kitchen in the morning breakfast area, not so much. Made us feel we were a bother. It was clean and food was good. We were in an accessable room although we didn't ask for one. Room was clean but layout of bathroom was odd. Towels were on the other side of the room after getting out of the shower no towel within reach. Minor but memorable. Mattress was comfortable.

The only thing that could have been better was an earlier breakfast. Hours were 7am-9am. Had to get a early start and missed breakfast.

I enjoyed the different options for breakfast as they had a variety. It was a pleasant experience, I did have issues with the wifi. That’s the only thing.

Room was clean and staff friendly. The property however was dated and breakfast was okay. Internet was inconsistent and poor. They had instant plain oatmeal but no sugar or anything to add to it; so lacked the finishing touches.

We can tell the room had not been wiped down. It smelled clean however hair on sink, toilet, and in shower showed it was not wiped down.

The room was so hot, there was no way to get air in the rooms or open a window. We were up all night trying to cool down the room. The area seemed to be unsafe with bars on the windows of all the ajoining properties. I can't believe what I paid for one night there even though it was New Years Eve. I'd really like my money back. Absolutely awful hotel.

It’s a nice motel except the bed was extremely uncomfortable. It felt like my ribs and hip bones were hitting a spring. Also the water pressure was very low. It took forever for me to get the shampoo out of my hair. Staff very friendly.

The property was good and the lady at the breakfast was amazing. I am not sure if this was true or not, but the guy in the front counter said all the rooms were sold out when they were not and right when I was taking to him on the phone it was all marked as sold out and in 5 mins they were all back. I found that a bit suspicious.

The place was not worth what I paid to stay there. It was run down and in need or repair/upgrade. The lady working in the breakdown room was very nice, helpful, and pleasant. She was the best part about the entire place. The breakfast was decent. I would not stay here again.

The bed was sagging, where I actually felt like I was going to fall off the bed! The furniture was torn, tattered and chipped. Definitely not worth the price we paid to stay there! The area was very noisy, not only street traffic but patrons coming and going way into the morning hours.
