Second time I've visited this property and will likely not return. Cleanliness is top notch but service was non-existent
1. Arrived slightly early and asked if i could be checked in earlier, totally fine if i couldn't but the staff seems to be more interested in cross-selling to me than to check for any availability. Upon my refusal to accept their breakfast offer, he then told me that there is no room available and he cant check me in yet. I wondered if i had accepted the cross-sell offer, would he check be able to check me in?
The staff was rude, maintained zero eye contact and didnt offer to take in my luggage.
Unbeknownst to me, this hotel was meant to offer me expedia VIP perk, clearly was not offer anything, nor mention of the drinks discount.
My first experience which was in summer was much worse, the hotel does not have cooling ability which i shall not elaborate.
