Great location, great breakfast, quiet and clean hotel next to underground. The only minus was that in the second day of our stay the cleaning staff came at 5pm to clean/change towels which is unusual for 4-star property. Lastly they run out of red wines when asked at the bar. Apart from that great hotel for a short stay and in a convenient location

Our Eurostar train was cancelled due to flooding and we had to find emergency accommodation. The Staff at Hampton were beyond lovely and super helpful. Great location - lots of restaurants and cultural diversity. Close to transport.

Good location and nice hotel. There is a free parking outside hotel from 7pm to 8:30 am (based on availability). There are few parking around but expensive. I parked at City Car park which was 8-10 mins walk to hotel and is only £15 for 24 hours. Thanks

Newly opened May 2023. Could not find any fault with this hotel. Great shower. Comfortable beds Room well equipped with coffee and tea making ability, hair dryer, iron& ironing board. Wide variety of choices for an adequate breakfast. Great value with breakfast included. Located at the edge of “The City” 2 minute walk to underground. 15 minute walk to Tower of London. Buses to Trafalgar Square via St. Paul’s. Several Tesco Express close by. Circle and Slice, Grounded (young helpful staff at both) and Efe Turkish restaurants within a block for good meals, value. We have stayed in this area several times previously and noticed some upmarket changes (Starbucks, Pret a Manger) Very close toBrick Lane which continues to have great restaurants and vintage shops. Cross-cultural area which still retains character - ethnic food and outdoor market stalls with produce, etc

New & clean. Cute room. Nice gym facility. Breakfast was okay had good variety but was exact same daily. Friendly staff. Not the nicest area but not unsafe either. Convenient to underground station.

The hotel has been recently refurbished and looks great. The staff is very friendly. The location is in Whitechapel which is very central, but not the cleanest part of London.

Good stay
Good but milk not replaced for our second night so no coffee the next day. Breakfast was adequate but no bacon. The only negative about the stay the rooms were great and the hotel inside was lovely

Highly recommend. All staff are nice especially Shree and Dhaval. Nice breakfast and location is good. Close to the train station. Reception people are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend to stay in the hotel.

The hotel was clean, modern, and impressive. The breakfast was better than most with hot and cold food options. The rooms were nice. I liked that the subway entrance was close. However, half the time the close entrance was closed so you had to walk an extra block. What they don’t tell you is that the entrance is down a small, dirty street full of graffiti, garbage, and homeless people. The location is a 15 minute warp the Tower of London but if you have little kids or are a single lady you won’t want to walk there alone at night. You save money and get a nice hotel and great service but be prepared to deal with the trade off.

Staff was great. We arrived early (overnight flight from USA) thinking we would store our luggage and check in later. They had a room available and allowed us to check in around 11:00 (four hours earlier than stated check in time). Breakfast buffet we very good - except for the scrambled eggs. Have gluten free toast that they toast for you in a dedicated toaster! Staff at buffet was great! Room was quiet and air conditioning worked great - only issue was room was small with very little storage space for clothes or anything else. At first we were concerned with the neighborhood but after a day we felt safe. Highly recommend.

New hotel
Lovely hotel , only opened a few months , staff very friendly. Rooms clean and very quiet at night . Room was ready even when we arrived early morning . Breakfast was lovely , hot food option . Aldgate East underground only around the corner . Only issue we had was the area , a lot of homeless about . Was approached each day and followed into hotel at one stage , but in fairness staff member put them out straight away .
