"Wasn’t quite what I was expecting on check in, more an apart-hotel than hotel. Check in area and bar / restaurants very good with nice ambience. Was a bit disappointed with room, didn’t feel it really reflected the pictures and description. Very small and space sacrificed to make into a studio area. Bed was tucked into a corner which made it awkward for 2 people and bathroom space limited. Expected it to be a bit more luxurious for price and compared to rest of hotel. The mattress was were things really upset and I have requested compensation or an extra day stay still hear from them and I was booked for a three night stay. "The kitchen was well furnished and the fridge large. Opposite of other review. There were a few scratches here and there in the apartment, but you need to look for them. Great to have access to 3 acre private park out the back door. Bakerloo tube much more convenient than I had thought. Quiet area. Just not many restaurants nearby. Good Tesco Express just about a 2 minute walk. VRBO host canceled on me at the last minute. This place saved by London visit!"

"Stay was ok. Couple of things to be aware of - early check in (I arrived at 1230) costs £40 and buffet breakfast for any kids over 12 is £20 each so £60 for a family of 3 is quite a lot. I think the Marriott could do a lot more to make their hotels more family friendly and welcoming."

"The place was clean and the automated check worked fine. Our unit was on the third floor with the kitchen above that under a sloped ceiling. Bumped our heads a few times before got used to that. The neighborhood lacks local restaurants of interest so we ate while out visiting."

"The location was good, there were no towels and personal items left out eg hosts flip flops in the shower. The host was helpful with check in but appeared reluctant with information regarding g using facilities on boat eg the oven
The interior of the boat did not feel clean. Maybe we were just unlucky but I would not stay again and probably wouldn’t recommend. There is probably something better out there for this money "
