"The staff and the hotel both need to be updated. Some employees were friendly while others appeared just plain annoyed at anwering questions. See front desk. The property is adjacent to the airport and other things, but you need to be able to drive or ride share to get to anything especially after 10pm.
WARNING: If you are driving and plan to park the will charge you $70 a night. This isn't valet, it's you finding a parking spot in their basement. A ridiculous gouge.
The breakfast is not even...

"The room was nice, the property was lovely. A heads up, they do have interior rooms with no windows (just a glass with a light behind it). This was not disclosed to me at the time of booking. It was not a huge deal as we were out most of the day but it would’ve been nice to know. When I asked the front desk about it, they said it had an exterior window to the best of their knowledge and when they checked the room maps, they realized they were mistaken."

"I would like to say that the property is in a great location as far as eating and shopping. Transportation comes right to the hotel from the airport.
The breakfast is great and the hotel has a home vibe. We stayed 4 days and it was a great price.
We did have some issues with the water pressure and also there were some ants at the sink when you turn on the faucet. Also, the air didn’t work in the room, it wasn’t an issue where it made us move to a different hotel or worth the change.

"The staff are uniformly helpful and friendly.
Downside is that the rooms are totally basic. In room coffee was meager with cream and sugar. I had a 9th floor room with a balcony but the soundtrack from outside was the very unhappy and stressed howling and barking from the kennels and dog boarding close to the airport. It drowned out the planes and was very depressing."
