"Think twice before you want to stay at this Hotel, room Keyes didn't work to open the parking gate to in or exit, they didn't clean the room even I'd requested."

"Was having issues with logistics when we checked in. I did not know that the room I booked was in another building which is at the W building. The girl at the front desk, Angela, saw I was struggling because everything we planned is in the main building. She resolved the situation by moving our room reservation to the main building in an upgraded room which probably what was available at that time. "Camera pulita e insonorizzata nonostante il caos di Las Vegas, perfetta vista sulle fontane (pagata). È stata rispetta la richiesta di un piano alto. Parcheggio in self parking mi aspettavo fosse più esclusivo quando invece si parcheggia insieme a tutti e l'ultima sera abbiamo dovuto attendere che se ne liberasse uno perchè era pieno."

"Das Zimmer war sehr sehr sauber. Der Ausblick atemberaubend. Das Personal bis auf einige wenige Ausnahmen super freundlich. Schade das das wlan so schwach war und fast dauernd ohne Funktion bei uns lief."
