"No a/c in room , no replacement room until 3rd attempt by maintenance to fix problems. Not same room type only one bed"

"Had a good stay in the renovated side. No real big issues but did have a hard time getting some new bedding one night. Housekeeping needs a boost—stains on flooring and the kind of wear on the whole environment that comes from slight housekeeping neglect. But the hotel rooms really were very decent and clean enough for me!! Front desk staff was very helpful."
