"Positives: very helpful staff, especially front desk. The maintenance person fixed my glasses when they broke. Negatives: This is a terrible location. Nothing is in walking distance. You can only enter/ exit the property via the tollway. It is located on the tollway with restricted access. The bed is very hard and not comfortable. Room is bare. We paid extra for the breakfast and were not impressed. I would not stay here again, and I would not recommend it to anyone."

"Me gusto bastante el hotel para el precio, no es muy céntrico pero estaba cerca de la estación de tren que me fue muy útil para llegar e irme desde el aeropuerto( 7 euros pp) y no pagar un taxi por 50 euros. El metro pasa enfrente del hotel y los buses a un par de calles. Fuimos a Nápoles y Florencia también , la estación de tren al estar cerca no vino muy bien. El desayuno buffet que tiene un costo adicional al reservar la habitación es muy bueno y el personal muy atento. Lo único malo fue la caja fuerte, avían dos abecés funcionaban bien y abecés no , tuve que llamar para solucionar el problema varias veces pero se volvía a repetir el problema así que desistí y las camas eran un poco duras para mi gusto pero eso es a gusto de cada persona . En resumen si volvería porque a mi esposa y a mi nos gusto la zona con muchos restaurantes y terrazas cerca para compartir después de una larga jornada de caminar y recorrer roma"

"The hotel itself was beautiful and aesthetically pleasing. Spotless and spacious rooms, friendly staff, and decent breakfast. Location was also ideal , just a few minutes from main attractions. Many transportation options available just in case you need to commute further. Now , Unfortunately I was unable to utilize the amenities such as the gym or spa due to my late check in at 11pm (1 overnight stay). I was a solo traveler and after long travel hours it would have been nice to relax in the spa . Wish they would stay open for later hours . Other than this , my stay was very pleasant. Will definitely stay here longer on my next trip."

"The booking must be paid up front at the time the reservation is made and cannot be cancelled once you arrive at the property. Once we arrived, our experience was terrible. There was no one to greet us and explain the check-in process. When I called the number provided, a person provided instructions which were difficult to follow and we would not have been able to even enter the property without help from someone who was staying there. The property itself was very poorly maintained (not at all what was advertised) and very dirty. We did not check-in and sought out other accommodations. I tried to obtain a refund through expedia but received none, as they informed me that they tried to contact the property unsuccessfully. This was a truly disappointing experience to an otherwise wonderful trip."
