I asked for t.v remote,reply from the staff was budget hotel.When I was going outside,staff told that he lock the door before 11.00p.m.Kindly don't book room for anyone in future.Room doors was not safety.

HI, the owner is pakistani so good news for all pakistanis, now you can feel like home in langkawi. go there and relax. the owner is very good and help you alot. no issue in language and food.

poor manangement and customer service
had very bad experience..booked 2 rooms.1 room had very noisy aircond that disturb our sleep.another room with heater not working and water pressure very low making difficult to take bath..complaint at receptionist to get the heater repaired at 7am..but till 8pm no maintenance team came up.we made a second complaint and this time the maintenance team gave so much of excuse and reason for not attending to us!.we argued for a room change.the receptionist refuse to give the hotels managers number for us to deal with!! very poor customer service..we regret for taking the rooms here for rental!!

Aldri bo på dette hotellet!!
Vi booket det billigeste hotellet, siden vi bare skulle ligge to netter og hadde lyst til og bruke pengene på noe annet enn hotell. Dette viste seg og være en dårlig idè! Vi fikk ikkke sjekke inn med en gang, siden vi var litt tidlige. Derfor gikk vi og så oss rundt før vi kom tilbake. Da vi kom til rommet, var låsen ødelagt, det va skitne rom. Insekter på sengen, nattbordet, vinduskarmer, og gulvet så ikke ut som va støvsugd noen gang det siste halv året! Jeg ville ikke ligge i den sengen der! Vi har vært mange steder i verden, og mange typer hoteller, hostell og camping. Dette er det første "hotellet" som jeg ikke ville ligge på!! Renheten var null, service var ikke den værste. Dama i resepsjonen sa rommet var rent, og at låsen skulle bli fikset. Vi hadde ikke lyst til og legge fra oss alle tingene der når det ikke va lås, og ikke var rent. Vi sjekka ut ca 15 minutt etter vi sjekka inn.

决不会去第二次
check in时在前台等了40分钟都没人接待。小破单体空调噪音极大，好不容易换了一间，又来电闸开关电流噪音，很郁闷。卫生情况很糟糕，床上又是小动物的粪便、又是头发，毛巾全是酸臭味的。晚上12点多回来，停车场生锈的大门紧闭，前台大门紧闭！在雨中把沉重的大门自己一点一点弄开，期间一直没人出来，若真是有偷车的情况，应该也不会有服务生出来干涉。超郁闷。忍受了一天，就离开了，再不会回去。
