"Visited off season. Clean rooms. Beautiful scenery. Had a massage and body scrub at the spa which were amazing. Staff at the spa were very helpful and the beauticians did a great job. The food at the Spotted Donkey Cantina wasn’t great. Felt like microwave food. The service was good."

"6 months ago, this place was nice. Not sure what happened... New management perhaps. Anyway, toilet kept running, thermostat is for show only (obviously not connected to A/C), shower handle came off, etc. This place is in an industrial area, which is fine, but now they charge you for parking..... What?. So, you go to the bar, and they shut it down early, way before posted time. IDK... I am sure I expect to much, but this is not what we were used too after being there many times before. Hilton...

"Everything in the room was very accommodating. The breakfast was delicious. I had turkey sausage cheese omelet and biscuit and gravy. I drank hot tea. I didn't really care for the air condition being right smack dab in front of the door outside the room; but other than that everything was great."

"The property it self was fine. However quite noisy in the reception area. Lighting could be improved . Television channels had no directory. Wy fy was eratic. There seemed to be a group in reception area after 10 at night making quite a bit of noise. Breakfast buffet was ok however a variety was needed."
