"Todo estaba muy limpio y renovado. Mi única queja es el aire acondicionado, no se puede controlar tiene una temperatura máxima 24 grados. Por las noche era terrible porque hacía calor incluso en mayo. Al principio pensé que era mi habitación y me cambiaron muy amablemente pero después me di cuenta que era política del hotel. Solo tienen 3 temperaturas y la más baja es 23 y 24 grados."

"The electricals socket were overseas friendly very spacious room however my room did not have mini fridge. There a printer available to print things near reception. Gluten free option breakfast available make sure to ask the breakfast staff would recommend. Close walk to the shops and casino and public transport."

"The electrical sockects in the room are not overseas friendly could not plug my travel adaptor has a small european plug. Also the breakfast it standard they don't provide gluten free options for bread and no plant base milk options. Not my type of hotel to stay and is seperate building to reception however is a very short walk is across."

"It was the perfect place to crash before an early flight. The room was clean and just what we needed. We did not get breakfast but when we walked by it looked like a wonderful spread. The staff was helpful and upbeat even with checking in at 23:00. The walk from the train station was well described if not the most comfortable late at night."

"Stayed here as was diverted from Zurich. Got in very late. Staff at desk was helpful. Got to room. Looked dated and in need of renovating. Carpet looked stained. Turned down bed and there was a stain on the sheet. It had been washed but was still stained right at the head of the bed. Shouldn't use sheets like that. Pillows smelled of other people's heads. Bathroom nice but cracked tiles on floor and in shower. Tiles on bathroom wall and floor grouting had mold. For a hotel of this quality and...

"Very clean the breakfast was lovely all very fresh. I emailed in advance to advise a 40th celebration just got a printed birthday message which was folded wrong on a bit of paper. The pillows were really uncomfortable. Requested slippers so I could go in the sauna never got them. If you want robe or other pillows you have to request from reception them carry to your room. Location was great and reception staff helped with directions."

"Went as a solo traveller for 2 nights. Had a great stay, helpful staff, lovely breakfast and very clean. A bit out of the way, but there is a bus stop just outside and within 10 minutes you are at the train station and 5 minutes later at the lake front. Highly recommend."
