"This hotel was great. They were very kind & spoke good English, which was helpful for us. The property was a great location just a few minutes walk from Kyoto station& was extremely clean. We had a great experience with them - they got us a room last minute when our originally booked hotel refused to let us stay there because of the age of our children (11 and 13, the first wanted our kids to be in a separate room) so this hotel helped us out and we were so grateful."
