"The staff right from the beginning were amazing. I arrived late at night and they greated me with a big smile. The manager Cokea Cola was amazing. He meet me one time and every time he saw me he called me by my name as did a lot of staff. The hotel is centrally located and is amazing The room service was great and the food was good. At both the buffet and room service. My room attendant was amazing. Room was always spotless. You will not be disappointed in your stay here. Beautiful hotel but...

"I stayed at the Royal Regantris for four days at the end of May and it was a good stay. It is in an older section of Kuta, so the surroundings aren't scenic but it has its charm. The room I stayed in was renovated and cleaned every day, but I saw bugs in the shower a couple of times. The rooftop pool area is a great place to swim, chill and grab a meal or a drink. So is the front patio area. I grew found of the guard cat, that lives on the property. The biggest asset the hotel has is its staff....

"Room was clean, shower curtain was very dirty and stained. Hot shower and cool ac. Property is in the end of an alley, the day we stayed rained and half the way was covered with water. Breakfast was supposed to start at 9AM only, but when we left at 9 staff wasnt at the hotel yet to start prepping the breakfast so we didnt have"

"A beautiful little hotel in the heart of Kuta. A great pool, clean room with excellent water pressure in the shower and very efficient air con. Very centrally located in Kuta within east walking distance of Kuta beach, Waterbom Park, etc. I stayed there with my kids and highly recommend staying here."
