“Friendly, comfortable and well located hotel”

We really enjoyed our stay at the Swiss Garden Hotel as it was clean, comfortable and had very friendly staff. The location was great as it was a pleasant five minutes walk to Sungei Wang Plaza which offers great shopping and cheap beauty services! There are also plenty of great food places near the plaza and a few nightspots. A small supermarket is about a two minute walk from the hotel which is very convenient and the laundry service at the hotel is quick and well priced. Taxi fares to all the major locations from the hotel are reasonable, however Chinatown and little India are in walking distance from the hotel if you prefer to go on foot. All in all the hotel is a great mid range hotel and we would highly recommend it!

“Very Pleased”

You never know what you will get when you find a hotel online, but this one was exactly like the pictures. It was clean, the service was good, and the staff were very helpful with giving directions and suggesting cheap and safe transportation. We paid $5 per night more for the Premiere deluxe room, which allows access to the business lounge with computers for checking email. It was well worth the convenience of not having to bring the laptop. Breakfast was fair, although it was very busy so people had to wait for a table at times. Having access to the business lounge is also a plus, since they have a continental breakfast there as well. We chose to eat there 2 of the 3 mornings we were there since it was almost empty and there was a TV so we could watch the news while we had breakfast.

If you are looking for a hotel near the city center in Kuala Lumpur, this hotel is an excellent choice. It is affordable and is perfectly located. It is overall a good hotel!

“Great Location, Friendly Staff, Comfortable”

China Town to the left 10 minutes walk; cross the road and veer right and Bukit Bintag is 5 minutes away. Safe, friendly, confortable.

“Great Place and Reasonable Price”

Swiss Garden was a great place at a reasonable price. The rooms were big with massive bathrooms and showers and the aircon was fantastic (and much needed if traveeling in summer). Breakfast buffet was excellent and the location is good. approx. 10 mins walk to chinatown market and close to main shops and transport.

“Service... Second to None”

The Swiss Garden Hotel staff are very friendly, helpful and all speak English. Located about 20mins walk from Bukit Bitang, where there are great bargains to be found, be sure to barter. Walking distance to most "touristy" places and taxis are always outside ready to go if walking isn't your thing. Remember to barter with the cabbies. Also walking distance to Jalan Alor, which is the local food stalls. The room itself was comfortable and clean with cable TV. The buffet breakfast was excellent catering for a variety of tastes. The swimming pool was a little small but was still a great way to cool off after shopping all day, a well equiped Gym was also available. E-Lounge is available for your internet services with helpful staff. Coffee and light nibblies are always available. I Wouldn't hesitate to stay again, the hotel has everything a hotel should and more, I recommend a stay at the Swiss Garden Hotel if you are in KL.

“EXCELLENT HOTEL COULD ASK FOR MORE”

hotel was brilliant..everything i expected loacted in heart of kuala lampur with walking distance or short taxi ride to all major attractions. the service at the hotel was excellent rooms always kept clean staff very helpful and polite i would recomend this hotel to others. hotel resturantes, bars and spas and other facilities are of a high standard you will not be disappointed

“Great Hotel. Best location for shopping up a storm!”

I arrived quite late to the hotel (10pm) to find very friendly staff, and to be told I had been upgraded to the next level of room! The room was great, the included breakfast was good - but make sure you arrive before 9.00am as it can get quite busy after that. The hotel is well located if you're intent on shopping your way around KL. Overall this was a really positive experience. I will definitely stay here gain.
