"The staff are lovely and very friendly. The food we had was nice. Breakfast was a basic selection, eggs, 2 thai dishes, salad, pancakes, chicken, sausage, pancake, fruit, cereal and cakes. All the restaurants on the island close at 9pm. I think the stretch of beach at the hotel was the nicest we saw. The room was nice and big. Electricity to the rooms shuts off between 10am and 3pm. There is a small playpark. If staying here make sure your boat drops you at Fantasy. Boats stop outside the hotel"

"Our family of 4 came in May 2026, 2 girls age 6 and 9. The hotel was nice and the pool and excellent proximity to the beach was great! Our girls enjoyed the balcony pool. Nice restaurant (we only really ate one restaurant few minutes from the hotel on the beach called somewhere else was yummy, very affordable and also great view of the beach). We’d definitely stay at Lanta Sand again. "

"I had a great time here, it's very clean and literally on the beach. We barely left the resort. It's not huge menu but what they do have is nice and plenty of places nearby. If you want to sit on the beach and relax all day I would really recommend!"

"5 weeks in Thailand in various islands and this was by far my favourite resort in terms of room comfort, beach and swimming, tons of beach chairs and a wonderful pool - we loved how close everything was at the resort to access. The onsite restaurant and coffee/dessert cafe was excellent with great choices. walking to the main road to access other restaurants took only about 5 minutes + a 7/11 was just up the main road as well. "The villa we stayed in was fantastic. Our own little villa in the jungle. The property is fantastic although a little tired. Some of the tiles in and around the pool were missing, cracked etc. and really should be repaired. The villa plumbing (shower heads etc) also could do with an upgrade. The property is about 100m from the beach and was never crowded. That said, the place was great and we would return to Lanta Pearl again."

"We had a lovely stay at Nirvana. Our room was beautiful and spacious, overlooking the beach. The staff were helpful and friendly. The pool is lovely and the swim up bar was great fun. There are paddleboards available for free use throughout the day. We organised a snorkelling trip and airport transfer through the hotel and they were very helpful with organising these. We also rented a scooter from the hotel which was a great way to see the island. Breakfast was tasty and in a beautiful setting...

"Our stay at Lanta Miami was bliss. This is such a peaceful place and fantastic for a 3 star resort. We had a family beach bungalow and it was spacious with 2 king beds. Daily cleaning was really appreciated. The pool area does need a bit of updating but there’s so much shade and the pool is kept so clean. Being right on the beach was wonderful.
