"Great location on the south end of central London (although be warned the TfL app will try to get you to walk farther to tube stations when the Vauxhall station is a lot closer and connects with all the main lines fairly easily). Staff were incredibly friendly, especially Ahmad at the luggage storage desk. The room definitely lives up to the soundproofing they promote on their listing, it was very quiet and private. The room was spacious and comfortable. I could not have asked for a better...

One of the most comfortable mattresses we’ve slept on in a hotel for a while. Large shower with plenty of hot water. Really good breakfast downstairs. Chef willing to swap muffin for sourdough on Eggs Royale. Great strong coffee. Nothing not to like. Would recommend a stay."

"My single bed room was small but quiet. It was in the basement, no windows. But that helped to keep it quiet. Hot water kettle, AC, and TV all worked okay. Towels, coffee, tea, sugar, cream were restocked daily. Breakfast was scrambled eggs, sausages, toast, Danish, juices, fresh fruit, cereals, milk, coffee and tea. Check in and out was easy."

"A favourite of mine in Westminster. Rooms are gorgeous with ample space and very comfy beds and nice shower. Breakfast is fantastic and eggs cooked as you wish. Lots on offer for gluten free and lactose free. Always recommend this hotel and always choose to stay here when I need easy access to this area."

"We had a good stay. Very convenient to the tube station and in the middle of everything. Very polite and helpful staff. Room was a little small for three girls with our huge suitcases, but that’s to be expected of a hotel in a major city. Good stay and fair price."
