"Property (or at least my room and the garage) need maintenance. Room was run down- barely cleaned- chunks of dust bunnies in the middle of the floor. Bathroom floor had dirt sitting on it- as if someone with work boots had walked through it. Wallpaper peeling off bathroom walls. No lock on bathroom door- no hand soap in bathroom; it was equipped with shampoo at the sink- to wash hands. I did not respond to texts from front desk, asking how my stay was- so that’s my fault. I was on a trip for a college orientation for our daughter and wasn’t in the room more than to sleep and grab a quick shower. Day one- barista was friendly and outgoing. Second day- same barista was rude and seemed annoyed that I placed an order that required her to work, an order that consisted of 3 drinks. Perhaps a bad day- perhaps because the manager wasn’t present as they were the prev day- she was showing her true customer service- not sorry that my day starts at 4am- and I only waited until 6:45; they open at 6:30, to come down to the coffee shop- but - you’re open- I don’t need to apologize! Garage gates were up, 24/7- yet charged $30 per day- for self parking that ANYONE could have used- without paying. Credit card charged $100 more than reservation booking showed- still waiting for final confirmation- checked out yesterday at about 9am- no final bill provided nor receipt- so we shall see if they lower the charged amount or if I have to file a complaint with my credit card company."

"This is an aging hotel. The staff was OK, but things like the gym was closed the week we were there. There is ice water in the lobby."

"First off. I never take the time for reviews. But for my fellow travelers, this time, I will make an exception. Front desk staff extremely rude. Rooms dirty dust everywhere and you can tell that the place is not well kept. No basics like refrigerator or microwave. Had to request a microwave be sent to my room again. Staff very annoyed. Tried to bring up some issues to the management and they said “will pass that on to the appropriate department”. I think we know what that means. Zero air conditioning in hallways or elevators. Will say the men and women outside of the hotel running the valet service were spot on. They were fast they were friendly, and they were on it! Kudos to you guys."

"Property is under massive renovation. Construction materials are scattered in and out of the buildings. Parking lot was full of nails and barely usable. Several of the security doors had no locks. Hallways had no air conditioning. Our suite had no sitting area. The shower had no hot water. Kitchen had cookware but no eating utensils. Breakfast was biscuits and gravy, powdered eggs and undercooked sausage and bacon. Inedible at best. Unfortunately we had booked three nights and never felt safe enough to leave anything in the room. I have just listed the high points of our stay. I am embarrassed for Red Lion and Expedia to have offered this property."
