“Fan Fest Weekend”

This was a really nice place for the money. Overall staff was nice, we enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. The location to the convention center was great and there was some other nice attractions close by. Overall we enjoyed the stay.

The room had more amenities than expected and was very comfortable. I have stayed in another chain's extended stay before, and this was much nicer, and had everything I needed. I would have liked free wi-fi, but the cost was worth having it.

This hotel is only minutes away from the Overland Park Convention Center. It was clean, comfortable and had great amenities for an extended stay. It has a full refrigerator, microwave, stove, and coffee maker.

My family felt that this hotel was an excellent value. Nice rooms and a very helpful staff made our stay very pleasant. The hotel is in a very convenient location with only a short drive to more than one mall and many restaurants. We would definately stay at this hotel again.

We had a pleasant stay here. Despite a completely full hotel and record 100 degree heat, everything ran smoothly. Internet access was poor in our room but fine in the lobby. I would stay here again.

Hotel clerk was awesome! Back stairwell had no access from outside. It was only designed as a fire escape. I used the back stairs to move my bicycle to the room for the night. (I was there for a triathlon)

I got a good rate -- about $18 less than an ordinary Extended Stay America near Chicago a couple weeks earlier -- which made this especially pleasing. This place was rather new and quite nice. Neighborhood was pretty. The young lady at the front desk person was especially friendly and helpful (directions to groceries and restaurants, ...). My only complaint concerns the fitness room -- the exercise bike did not work. Had the treadmill been occupied I would have had to get a map somehow and go walking around outside.
