"I stayed in a Premium Room, which was surprisingly spacious and more comfortable than I had expected. Overall, the room was very pleasant; however, the placement of the towels and towel hook inside the toilet area felt unusual and was somewhat inconvenient.
One of the hotel’s strongest attributes is its excellent location, with easy access to transportation. The staff were also consistently friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Unfortunately, we experienced a significant issue with the air conditioning. Neither my room nor my friend’s room had functioning air conditioning for the first five nights of our stay. This was extremely frustrating and took far longer than expected to resolve.
That said, I appreciate that management ultimately acknowledged the problem, offered a sincere apology, and provided a partial refund to compensate for the inconvenience. Their efforts to address the situation were appreciated, even though the resolution took longer than it should have."
