"To say I was disappointed to pay top price for 3 nights accomodation only to have my family and I kept awake all Saturday and part Sunday night by a DJ who I’m assuming was associated with the hotel in a venue below. "Easy contactless check-in, with room details & door code provided ahead of arrival. Handy location, close to everything. Room was very clean, but obviously dated due to building age. Happy not to get Room #4."

"Rooms can be abit noisy with flushing of toilets n showers. Also, freight trains are noisy as train lines not far"

"Amazing shower - like standing under a hot waterfall after months of rain! Great beds & absolutely incredible view. Only small bug bear was the WiFi - we weren't able to stream a program, it just kept freezing or spinning. Not a biggie, we ended up hot spotting from our phones. Overall would highly recommend, great location, lovely staff & a really enjoyable visit."

One thing that felt a little unusual as tourists was being placed very close to the permanent residents in the park, which made the atmosphere feel less like a holiday campground at times.
