"Clean bedrooms/bathrooms. We stayed in this hotel for one week for a work trip. The breakfast area was clean and provided enough to eat: waffles, boiled eggs, yogurt, sliced bread, cereals, oatmeal, milk, applesauce, fruit cups, coffee, tea, muffins, bagles. Cleaning staff will clean upon request and they chance the towels every day. They missed taking the trash every day though, but we told the front desk and immediately they put the request. "There was no one at the desk when we were trying to check in. There was a line waiting and I called the number shown at the service desk and it just rang back at the desk. I finally called again and the clerk came in from outside. He never apologized for not being there and acted like we were an inconvenience. He was also speaking so softly that he had to keep repeating himself. I have stayed here in the past and never had a problem. I hope the guy was just having an off day."

Room has a very useful floorpan for working remotely from rhe room with family/children and it even has a full kitchen with a garbage disposal and dishwasher.
