"The room was clean. The staff was very nice. The view of the beach was amazing."

"They have a handicapped parking spot that blocks 2 other parking spots and makes it really difficult to pull in and out of the other three spots. And of course a huge SUV was parked in this handicapped spot making it very difficult to get in and out. The room was relatively clean. There were some large stains on the carpet. Everything seemed a little dusty. You can hear all the cars and motorcycles, driving down PCH.So, it makes it a little hard to sleep at night."

"We had a great time. However I had 2 separate delivery people tell me the Hilton wouldn’t let them bring my food to the room. This was annoying bc my food got stolen out of the lobby on the second time I ordered it. The staff acted like it was my fault."

"After seeing the photos, I booked 3days, for my business trip. New Owners have turned the old Harbor Bay Inn into a “Go To” place for a simple, well appointed room. Every room is remodeled (less than 6month as of this review 6-2026). Everything is new! Not just refreshed or painted over. Very impressed. If you need to stay in the TRIANGLE SQUARE area of Costa Mesa/Newport Beach, give it consideration. By end of year, all exterior will be completed, new Signage and Logos will be added, as the...

"Very nice hotel near the airport. We stayed in a large suite with a king bed and a sofa. Really large room. Hotel has free filtered water in the lobby and coffee in the morning. I took off one star because the hotel charges $25 per night for parking while there's plentiful free parking in the strip mall next door and on the street. This is a money grab that is a little deceitful."
