"Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. We were traveling with children and were disturbed by loud, graphic, and inappropriate noises coming from the hallway and the room next door late into the night. It was so excessive that it sounded like an adult movie was being filmed. The situation made our family very uncomfortable and significantly impacted our ability to relax and enjoy our stay. We expect a hotel to provide a family-friendly environment, and this experience fell well short of that...

Upon check in I had to pay an extra 10 because the “child” was over 12. The continental breakfast was decent and the shuttle driver was very accommodating."

The room was out dated and small. Bed was not comfortable however the pillows were. Not a quiet night as I could hear the highway noise all night. "No matter the side your room is on the freeway is heard but with a fan it drowns the sound out."

"The airport transportation was ridiculous. We had to call twice after waiting for 45 minutes at the curb before someone would come pick us up despite the hotel being 2 miles away. The receptionist was very rude and acted like we put her out. The hotel property inside was very unclean and appeared run down. Surprisingly, the room itself was ok and was better maintained, but with that being said, we had a cracked sink and the AC was loud and never stopped running."

"Pool, parking, and cleaning staff were all great. Unfortunately, both rooms we stayed in had portable A/C units that did not cool the rooms properly. We were moved to a different room, but experienced the same issue again. We ended up checking out early and did not even ask for a refund. Very disappointing experience overall."
