Out plans were to visit site on east Texas coast near Houston - LaPorte La Quinta is just perfect virtually minutes from all points of interest: Kemah, JSC, Moody Gardens and Houston Museum district. =)

Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Nice seafood buffet restraunt next door.

Loved the mattress!! Slept all night long. My 7 year old grandson even commented on the mattress and his good dreams. Thank you Expedia! Last room available that weekend.

We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the Houston port. Our cruise was delayed and the hotel let us store our bags all day as a courtesy. They also offer free parking during the cruise.

Tucked away in seclusion, yet served by a major freeway just minutes from Kemah and Galveston. Quiet and friendly, ideal for a weekend getaway. Would go back there anytime.
