“Good enough for me”

The hotel was about what I expected: clean, efficient, comfortable enough. The service was just fine. No complaints.

“Decent hotel”

The hotel is fine, no complaints there. Front desk service was wonderful, especially Andy. The manager was a grump when I tried to compliment Andy's helpfulness. The pool is located between two buildings so there is only a few hours when the pool area is sunny. The hot tub is tiny. Do not eat at the restaurant in this hotel. We had very bad service.

nice room but little bit small , clean with a good internet service . staff extra helpful and extra nice . some noise of the high way will get in the room .

“Friendly Staff and Great Stay”

The front desk help was the best. This does no justice for her that I have forgotten her name. I could picture her know. She was really friendly and made this hotel top of the line. Without her this would have been an average hotel stay in a clean, quiet, and warm felt hotel. We would definately book this hotel again if we were in the area. We vacationed with the Houston City Pass, everything was close by to this hotel. Maintenance guy was very talkative and friendly as well... Great atmosphere here....

Free Wi-Fi in room was nice.

“don't trust the shuttle.”

The hotel shuttle left me stranded for two hours and claimed they couldn't find the location that they DROPPED ME OFF AT that morning. Next time I'm renting a car. If you're not planning on using the shuttle then the hotel was a nice place.
