"Did have broken coffee machine in room. It was replaced. Tear in Seattle cushion was noted. Thermostat was " off". My room was either too hot or cold. Hard time getting to adjust."

"The customer service was grate, breakfast was okay, The only thing is the accommodation at the dinning area need a bit touch, it look too common . But was really nice to visit, my daughter locked our bathroom door and staff responded really quickly and opened it."

"The room was a nonsmoking room, but all of our clothes smell like stale smoke. Our refrigerator did not work. We told the staff upon arrival, and they said someone would look at it. Never happened. There were 2 flimsy pillows on the bed, and the towels were small and thin. The best part of the room was the shower. The water was hot and the pressure really good. It’s a budget hotel. You get what you pay for. We would probably not stay there again."

"Once we arrived, check in was all virtual done in app. We got to the room and it was dirty, crumbs and hair strewn everywhere. We contacted front desk and she was nonchalant about it and offered no sympathy. We were expecting to use the pool when we arrived, this was the main reason we booked at this location. During breakfast at exactly 9am the curtain was closed on my wife as she was making her oatmeal. They could have waited out told her it’s closing time, that’s besides the point, breakfast...

"Do not make a reservation at this hotel. We had to immediately check out as my wife's allergies went into high gear upon entering the room. The bathroom had a mold/mildew smell (allergy trigger). The common area follow was sticky. Bed linens were not cleaned, the bed was just remade."

"I was traveling with a germs phobic person so I was pleased after her inspection of the room that she felt it was clean. This was my second time at this location and the clean situation was better. The young man at check in was better. The quality of breakfast is still not good and they should use better quality coffee and food. We opted to go to a cute place around the corner called corner bakery. Excellent staff and great coffee and food. No POOL still! If you require assistance for...

"Hotel was closed for months. We were never notified. Called to find out increasing the number guest. Phone was answered by housekeeping who said the hotel wouldn’t be open until March. I guess Expedia was never notified by best western."
