"I stayed here for three nights. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The staff was helpful and the hotel was very clean. I enjoyed the pool, we had it all ourselves because it wasn’t that hot so we were the only ones there. Breakfast was decent although the beverage machine didn’t work one day and we weren’t offered any alternatives. I would stay again."

"Terrible experience. Owned by a couple and the wife is so mean and hateful. I accidentally got a stain on the sheets and felt so terrible about it. I balled the sheets up and put them by the door thinking they would be picked up. I came back that evening and nothing had been picked up. The trash was taken out and that’s it. The woman of the couple was watching for me to return from behind a curtain in the office and knocked on the door 5 minutes after I returned. She called me “disgusting” and...

"Clean, quiet, and friendly, with comfortable mattresses and plenty of parking for our trailer. The owners and staff warmly welcomed us back for our second stay, and one staff member even offered to bake us cookies! Breakfast was plentiful and varied, though it featured the same eggs, sausage, biscuits, and gravy each day. There was also plenty of cereal, yogurt, waffles, a small selection of fruit, a juice machine, a few baked goods, and a fancy coffee machine that’s excellent when it’s not...

"Clean room"

"Overall pretty clean. My main complaints are about staff and amenities. Any time I went to the front desk, no one was there. Even in the middle of the day, no one was ever at the counter. The vending machines didn’t work and there was no continental breakfast even though they had a kitchen area in the lobby. It was just kept closed. The entire property also smelled highly of marijuana and cigarettes. So bad that it gave me a headache and we stayed in a non-smoking room"

We've stayed here several times now while traveling up and down 95 and keep coming back because it has a good feel and seems well run. The location is convenient yet quiet with several good dinner options nearby."

"Didn't expect much for the price but the room was clean, comfortable and very suitable."

"The property was very quiet but there was trash left outside the door for at least 3 of the 4 days that we stayed by previous occupants. No clean linen was ever dropped off or toiletries had to keep washing towels. Ants were crawling out of the dresser. Pools were nice and clean and check-in was a little longer then expected."

"Property was ok it’s just the sliding glass door didn’t lock, the living room TV didn’t work and there was a mess in the bathroom.. Looked like the previous guest spilt a strawberry smoothie or something. We got in late and left early so it worked for the evening. Not sure we’d go back.."

"our room was very spacious. small fridge needs a freezer as well. for ice packs for travel back home. needs a ceiling fan. but, all in all it was a very nice place to stay."

"while the staff was very helpful, some things cannot be fixed. The assissted room shower curtain is way above the shower bottom. thus water all over the floor. The handle on the hand held shower was broken off and missing. I reported but nothing was done. Being HOH, I need closed captions. Our TV had none and no could fix it. So, all in all, we will not be stating there again."
