We had a very pleasant experience with our stay. While the room was relatively small, the room facilities were quite new and clean. The hotel is located among a number of shopping malls, and next to the Tseung Kwan O MTR station and other public transports. This proved very convenient to us.

Excellent hotel (only 18 months old at September 2014) in Soho area of Hong Kong, 5 minutes walk from MRT station connecting to Hong Kong Central and then Airport. Location in Jervois Street.
The area is a little downmarket, but quite safe, and the hotel over 37 ? floors is an excellent choice if your budget is a little lower. Booked inclusive of flight through Expedia/Singapore.
Queen Size bed, shower (no bath or tub), Free Wifi and Internet connections (on Registration). Excellent Breakfast included with large choice of cereals, fruit, porridge, bacon, eggs, coffees and teas in Dining Room.

On our way home after 3 weeks in England. The Crown Plaza was very comfortable and provided the surroundings to finish off a great Holiday. The restaurants within the Hotel were a little expensive but the food was excellent. The Buffet seafood Evening meal is definitely worth the money. There are also some very good eating houses nearby, inarticulate the Red pepper is worth a try.
Only complaint is that they claimed to no longer offer a Hotel Transfer from the Hotel to the airport. We had to organise a Taxi to pick us up and while we were waiting a 7 seater bus pull up to transport some Hotel guest to the airport. The sign writing on the side of the vehicle read, "Crown Plaza Causeway Bay" Not sure why they felt the need to lie but it was very poor form.
Definitely take the option for a room that includes breakfast. Lots of variety hard to imagine anybody ever complaining about the breakfast.
