"Our stay was phenomenal. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and the bed was super comfy. Most of the casino has been renovated. It was bright, clean and has a great variety of gaming options. Love the addition of the Yard House bar and restaurant. Will definitely return to Sunset Station soon."

"The staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel was decent with a decent breakfast. The sofa bed mattress was terrible. My son slept in the sofa cushions on the floor. The elevator broke a couple times so we took the stairs."

"Some properties are worn out. Some properties are dirty. This is both. Marriott has failed in oversight. Marriott as a brand is what I would select with the expectation that an acceptable level of cleanliness would be provided. Too many recent (last 2-3 years) disappointments. I can not rely on Marriott. Going forward, Marriott can not rely on me as a customer"

"The duvet had blood on it and instead of a bed skirt they used a ragged white fitted sheet (classless). There were trays along the hallways with leftover food and trash not removed for at least 8 hours. Hallways were not air conditioned so you nearly passed out walking forever from the garage to your room. No hot water in the bathroom sink; to get hot water in the shower and sink, you had to turn on the tub and let it run constantly. Room coffee was horrible and there was trash behind the coffee...

"Parking was a breeze, the staff was absolutely wonderful! From checking us in early, to the pool staff, shuttle service, room service, and check out, the entire staff was constantly impressing us with their kindness and generosity. The room was clean and cool during the summer heat! The pool was very clean, as usual, and the slide is so much fun! Our bestie birthday staycation was well worth it, and we'll continue to keep coming back! I love The Westin Lake Las Vegas, I've stayed here many...

"No pots or pans in the kitchenette. That was disappointing as today kitchenette did have hobs etc. Otherwise very good stay."

"This was our first stay here and we will definitely return. I love having a kitchen while we're on the road so we can have "home" cooked meals. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Prices were great. Thank you!"

"We enjoyed our stay. The staff at the front desk were all great; helpful and kind! We wished there would have been filtered water stations throughout the hotel, and unfortunately the breakfast wasn't that good."
