"I liked everything about the room except for the fact that there was only one chair in the room. For 2 people, it was impossible to sit together in the living area so I requested another chair but was told for security reasons that won’t be allowed. We had to sit on the bed to drink our coffee and sometimes eat our late night meals. Absolutely not okay ……"

"The room was clean and spacious enough to move a stroller around. The staff at the Bar and the conceirge we extremely kind, and helpful and provided top tier reccomendations for local entertainment and food options. The pool was unfortunately still closed. Property was clean overall and easily found from the bus and subway stations, within walkable distance to the Apollo and lcoal shops."

"This was an excellent stay! Anytime I’m going to New York, I will be staying here. The place is so clean, very secure (three locks on the door). The staff was consistently helpful. And the $10 coupon that they gave you for breakfast is quite substantive because the café has delicious food that will fit the budget. I had quiches that were $10, or sandwiches that were $10. Haven’t seen that kind of price in the upper west side in New York. I really enjoyed my stay."

"Basic hotel in an incredible location. Don’t expect a coffee machine or fridge in the room. But there is free coffee and tea downstairs in the dining area where free pastries are served every morning for breakfast.
We have stayed here a number of times over the years. The place doesn’t change much, but you give all that up for being smack bang in the middle of the Village."

"Fantastic stay and the staff was lovely. Room service is not connected to the hotel so you have to place orders (vs charge the room) which is not a big deal but if the restaurant is very busy you have to contact them yourself (they sometimes won’t pick up if they’re too busy). Overall really enjoyed our stay and will comeback again"

"We booked this hotel as we were celebrating our 45th Wedding Anniversary in The City! I fell in love with this unique different hotel! Loved how comfortable the beds were and how it was alongside the window so we could see the City Streets. The rooftop was decorated beautifully with plenty of lounging areas. Love the new concept of efficiency hotel, unique ways in saving space. Just wish the had coffee pots in the room. Otherwise , highly recommend!"

"We travelled as a family of 4 adults and were given 2 queen size mattress. It was adequate for us and comfy.
