"We like the location as it's very tranquil, 10-15 minutes walk to Hammersmith Station. Good restaurants nearby. We had one meal in the bar which was very nice. The room is very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. They will help you with your luggage if asked. There is no lift to the rooms. "Used this hotel before in Hammersmith. Great location, easy access and decent sized rooms. The facilities were of a good standard and a decent choice for breakfast too. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Overall , I would recommend the hotel. I do think they need to look at the pricing. Whilst I fully understand that London prices on a Friday will be higher than average, what I do not understand is that after booking well in advance, the exact room , on Expedia whom I booked with, was £42 cheaper...

"This is a lovely place to stay. It is in a quiet residential street with no noise at night. It is close to Olympia where I was spending some time so just a short walk to venue was great. The staff were all super nice, the breakfast buffet was really good and for £9.99 I thought it was good value. The room I had was spotlessly clean. I had a single room which was all I needed and it was super comfortable. I will definitely look to stay here again."

"This is a decent hotel for what it is, as long as you you set your expectations accordingly. Booked this place because the brand names adjacent to Hammersmith station were all booked up. This place is fine in a pinch. Some rooms don't have elevator access. Location is quite convenient, and within walking distance to Hammersmith Station, and adjacent shopping and dining."
