"The front desk check-in person named Melissa was an excellent person to deal with. She helped us immensely, and we really appreciated her taking the time to care about us as an older couple. also, the employee named David was especially helpful because he took care of getting a taxi for us. He had to work hard to get one. He went out of the way to help us with our luggage and rolled it down the street for several blocks, going beyond his duty."

"My son and I were traveling and wanted two beds. In NYC that is difficult to find in a boutique hotel for a reasonable rate, but we found cute bunk bed options at Arlo online. The pictures were way better than the actual room. We didn't ever see the sun, we were facing other buildings with zero view.
