"My husband and I stayed at the Henry Norman for a short trip to see out daughter in early June of 2026 and were very pleased with our stay! The staff were so kind and helpful, and the room was lovely. Additionally, we loved the neighborhood-walking around at the local park and to various bars and restaurants. "The hotel’s location was excellent, which was definitely a positive aspect of my stay. However, I was disappointed with several things.

"We booked this hotel as we were celebrating our 45th Wedding Anniversary in The City! I fell in love with this unique different hotel! Loved how comfortable the beds were and how it was alongside the window so we could see the City Streets. The rooftop was decorated beautifully with plenty of lounging areas. Love the new concept of efficiency hotel, unique ways in saving space. Just wish the had coffee pots in the room. Otherwise , highly recommend!"

"This was a great place to stay. Rooms are small, but has to be expected, considering it’s New York City. But this was a great little boutique hotel in Chinatown and the location was excellent. The only thing I had an issue with was we had trouble getting hot water for showers. Other than that this place was amazing."
