This building has not been kept up very well. I had a really hard time going through with staying here. The staff was wonderful, so I couldn’t give it an overall 1 star.

There were bums dumpster diving behind where we are parked there is no one managing the hotel in the night doors are locked so you don’t feel as safe and no one to contact if there are issues. It sounded like people jumping up and down non stop all night. And banging on our walls our room Was beside the stairs and we heard nothing but stomping all night. I will never be back and honestly think we should be reimbursed for our room. The staff made me feel like we were an inconvenience.

Property is quite dated and a bit run down but kept very clean. Booked because of the pool but it was not in great condition and not suitable for little kids. Doesn't look like a great area of town. Not the best value for the money. We did enjoy the breakfast!

Hotel was clean and nice. the room I was staying in was next to the pool and I didn't hear any noise from the pool. But there was about a 2cm gap between the floor and the door that did let noise in from the hallway.

They don’t do any housekeeping in the rooms. It would have been nice to have them empty garbages daily, we ended up emptying the garbages ourselves. Other than that it was average.

Booked the Wingate for an overnight stay for a sports tournament. We've stayed at this property previously and choose it for its location and convenience. We had an issue with our room and the front desk took care of it immediately. The rooms were clean. The pool was clean with pool towels stocked. The breakfast was simple but effective with hot and cold items.

Good place to stay. Liked how the front desk checked to see if we were happy with the room. Rooms aren’t sound proof so that was a bit of a problem as I am a light sleeper but overall it was a good stay.

Property is older and definitely in need of some upgrades. Breakfast was pretty minors but it was a Tuesday morning so that may be why. Bed was clean but definitely an older hotel showing it’s age.

The room was filthy. Housekeeping stopped in the last day only (knocking on the door 15 minutes before checkout, when I assume it was convenient for them). I asked for fresh linens the day before, and came back to the same wet and dirty towels in the tub. I told the housekeeper who knocked on the door at 10:45am Sunday, she said "sorry". There was stench in one corner of the room which we later found out was some previous guests socks! This hotel is disgusting.

This was my first time staying at this property. The staff was exceptional. My room was not. My TV kept shutting off. There was body soap in the bathroom shower it was all out. The towel rack was hanging off the wall. Again, the sales staff when I checked in, was wonderful, as well as when I checked out the room was below standard
