The convenience of getting to the airport by the hotel shuttle is outstanding. The staff was very friendly and customer focused. The lobby and elevator looked updated but the room looked tired and outdated. Dark. Wallpaper peeling, etc...Location not only for the airport but for walking to shops and restaurants was good.

Mattress definitely needs to be replaced and wifi wasn’t the best I was on the very end of the building. I had also asked for a flickering lightbulb to be replaced that never happened but other than that it was a spacious room they cleaned almost daily and front desk was always around to help and greet. Breakfast was just okay not the best but not the worst either. Eggs had some cheese substance in the middle I didn’t care for. Overall I would stay again.

When we first arrived I was disappointed on how dirty the carpets were in the general areas. Our room although was very good and clean. The staff were amazing. The chocolate chip cookies in the afternoon were delicious. I would definitely stay in Comfort Inn and Suites again.

I think the Expedia post said it’s .56 miles to the airport but it’s actually closer to 3 miles. Other than that, it’s a great hotel.

It was a great plavmce to stay and staff made you feel welcomed. Breakfast was good and property was in a safe area and convenient to get around from there.

Not family friendly. The crib is from who knows when 1980...? Maybe. The room is tiny. The staff reak like cigarettes. Not Canadian friendly at all... staff could barely check me in and she pucked at her teeth with her finger nails the whole check in.. utterly disgusting. I felt dirty just after talking to this lady. Then i asked for a crib.... she's like nope dont got one, never had anyone request one sorry.... so I'm like ahhhh what... thats not what was listed on Expedia. So i bring up the description and read it to her. So she goes and asked the cleaning lady and she say yes ill bring you one. I say i need sheets as well. She says ok.. ten minutes later, the cleaning lady showed up with this dangerous disaster of a folding cage crib from the 80's.... im like ahhh ok. I then go to Walmart and buy a new pack and play. I wouldn't let my worst enemies kid sleep in that death trap of a crib. Ill just resell the pack and play later. Anyway if your a family, find another hotel.
