"We actually had 2 stays at this hotel, bookending a multi-day trip. On both occasions, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Lauren handled our check-in on both occasions and remembered us on our return trip. It was nice to return to a friendly face! The breakfast offerings were good. The furniture in both of our rooms looked a bit worn. The room we were given on our return stay had an odor lingering under an air freshener spray scent such as Febreeze. "Lady at the service desk was not very helpful regarding parking. Garage is next to the hotel and not owned by the property. Still, would be helpful if the staff could provide more guidance. We were also not told the room key needs to be placed in the room to turn on power."
