"There is plenty of parking, The hallways are very dated and smell like a damp basement mixed with cigarette smoke. They say rooms are non smoking but the whole place smells and there are cigarette butts all over the place outside of the room and there are no trash barrels. The rooms are ok, beds are comfy but the bathrooms are very outdated and tubs need attention. The bathroom light we had was very small by the mirror and the shower was very dark. We stayed on on the top floor and the deck on the outside was covered with cigarette buts and it some boards need to be replaced before someone falls through. "

"The room was very clean but there was no single lounge chair in the room, only a desk chair...very difficult for two people to put up with. A hassock under the counter serves no use when it is not accompanied by a chair to sit on. As a New England location, this is the very first hotel that does not carry NESN, the home of the Boston Red Sox. The microwave in room 126 did not work. Your complimentary breakfast is excellent."

"Great place to stay. The staff are very friendly and easy to work with. The rooms have all recently been redone very clean. In general the vibe is old school traditional roadside motel but when you go in your room it’s up to date and the back deck outside your room opens up to a lovely yard with a nice pool and they have lots of fireside/lawn toys to keep you occupied. I would definitely stay here again"
