"Check-in was quick and easy, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. The hotel also felt very safe and secure. I especially appreciated that security and staff required guests to show their key card before accessing the elevators, which was reassuring given how busy the area is. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’ll definitely be staying here again!"

"Friendly and helpful staff, with easy check-in. Our room was a nice size, super-clean, with a comfy mattress and wonderful bathroom. The hotel has plenty of space to lounge in the lobby, as well as outdoor dining. Location was an easy walk to Times Square and the theater district, as well as a close drive to the Lincoln Tunnel. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again."

"Super small room. not enough pillows. breakfast was stale long lines not cleaned tables, food not being refilled. very very limited options for breakfast in a crowded space and everyday same food of watery eggs, stale bread. corridors not cleaned. elevators super slow and 1 out of 3 elevator always under maintainence. bathrooms toileteries never refilled during room cleaning"

"I knew this was a "budget" hotel...but I was still surprised at just how low-budget this "hotel" was, despite an eye-watering nightly rate. It's about half a step ahead of a hostel.
The Downsides
* It was loud. At least I got to hear my neighbors "having fun." Several times.
* The shower flow went directly into the hot water control on the shower. So every time you try to get wet, you are threatened with a potential assault.
* It was dark - I swear the sun came out when I was in NYC - I just...

"We had no AC all 3 days of our stay. We were given 2/3 nights free. One staff member was rude to us when we mentioned the no AC and said we didn’t know how to use the thermostat (not mentioning his name because the manager Nelly said that he would speak to them). Another manager named Zoe said that we should have brought up that we wanted to stay at another hotel instead when I asked for the 3rd night to also be free since the AC problem persisted. She mentioned this after the stay so I didn’t...
