"La atención de la recepcionista fue muy buena, se encontraba apenada por la situación. Las instalaciones realmente dejan mucho que desear, la piscina con una nata horrible en el agua, el ascensor dejó de funcionar y al entrar al cuarto tenía un olor muy desagradable, cortinas sucias, respaldar de la cama descarapelado. Preferimos irnos al Hyatt más cercano aún cuando eso significara perder lo ya pagado ya que no nos hicierons refund."

"Attached to the Galleria, the hotel is convenient if you want to shop 'til you drop, but is distant to the Houston downtown. I was there only for one night for a medical course, but the hotel lacks a restaurant of its own, with only a bar in the lobby area. There is food from the bar which is decent. There is a restaurant across the driveway which is good, and of course there is a food court in the Galleria but takes a novice awhile to locate (Lower level FYI).

"I stayed here for 2 nights. The room was very clean and I had no issues with the water or ac. I didn't visit the pool so I can't comment on it. The breakfast is very limited: mainly bread and cereal. But it's free parking as well. I would stay here again."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was excellent. I also enjoyed the spa and the overall atmosphere of the property. Everything was well maintained, and the service made my stay relaxing and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to other travelers."

"This facility went above and beyond to ensure we were happy throughout our stay.
The location was convenient and the amenities were exceptional.
They have every other day room service with help upon request which is normal today and they replenish your rooms snacks and drinks daily which was surprising and inviting.
The only set back we had was not having a jacuzzi to unwind in but the trade off was a balcony which we enjoyed using to awake and eat our FREE BREAKFAST at.

"They overall stay was great the staff was very helpful and the place was clean. My only complaint would be travel to the parking deck it’s kind of aggravating. I stayed in room 521 and the shower head was a bit messed up but still worked just happens to leak a bit at the top. Loved staying at the double tree overall and had an amazing time on my Houston visit. Hope to come back and would definitely recommend to others and book again if needed."
