Super friendly staff, stayed for an early morning flight and used Uber in place of shuttle as it was full. Uber was there within 5 minutes and only took 15 minutes to the airport at 5am.

This hotel was perfect for our visit. Its close to the subway and so many different restaurants. The staff were so nice and very helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel was very clean and comfortable. The rooms were very quiet even though the area outside is hustling and bustling. Easy walk to the MTA. Staff is also super friendly and professional. My only complaint is when I confirmed an early check-in on the phone before arrival there was no room available. I am a Hyatt member.

Clean, walkable to China Town so there a lot asian restaurants nearby. Shuttle service every hour from and to the airport and breakfast included.
