"I was so happy that we found this hotel. It was conveniently close to the airport with a 24/7 shuttle and decent breakfast. Most impressively, every single staff member was helpful, polite, and genuinely happy to help us. I felt that they went above and beyond to help us and welcome us to the hotel and city. We will definitely stay here each time we fly to PVD."

"The facility is well kept and clean. However, my daughter was also staying at the hotel and her room smelled musty. It was on the first level. She didn’t want to say anything because she was traveling with her 2 daughters and did t want to disrupt them. I requested her to say something. Other than that, the stay was most enjoyable. Breakfast choices were also good."

"We arrived late in the evening in anticipation for my son's graduation from URI the following morning. We checked in and headed right to the room as we were exhausted from our journey. The room was spotless, the beds were pristine and comfy. We quickly put on our pjs and went to brush our teeth before heading to bed when we realized we forgot our toothpaste!! Aaaaahhhh! I went to the front desk and they did not have any but the gentleman popped out to the local store to get some for us. I said...

"The lobby smell bad, like proper bad. And there was no wash clothes in the room at all. The floor was not vacuum and the mattress and fitted sheet are old and unfit. The ceiling tiles were partially open and the room layout was worse than a college dorm. Overall, old and outdated with barely functioning to accommodate the guests. Will not choose this in future stays in Seekonk, MA."
