Hotel murah di East Side

"This visit was a little disappointing. There was no soap in the room and the bathtub appeared that it hadn't been cleaned. I was told to park in front of the of the assigned room, but when I arrived there at 7 o'clock there was no space there."

"Our room was 206. The bathroom was not fully cleaned plus the tub was clogged. I called the staff to bring me towels and they denied, saying I have to go and get it by myself. A/C was not working properly the room was so hot. Otherwise, good location."

"A good place to stay when visiting Mentor. The room I stayed in was clean, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and amenities like fridge and microwave were there for us. The front desk staff member was friendly and helpful during check-in. There was complimentary continental breakfast included with the stay. "

"Bathroom had plaster all over the floor. Furnishings were dated, carpet was stained. TV was very small. It was very much just an OK room. The bed was fine and comfortable."

"We arrived to find the property under renovation. Our room was one in a wing of rooms in original condition. The carpet was torn and stained, not clear the sheets were clean, no towels, the towel rack was hanging off the wall as was the tissue holder, no glasses or cups, there was an extra (dented) refrigerator in the room. It would probably have failed any health or accommodation codes."

"Pros: Clean and large room/ easy to adjust thermostat/ clean and safe elevator/ breakfast was decent/ quiet at night even with a pre-teen girl party down the hall/ bathroom was well-equipped with toiletries and hairdryer/ location is great for visiting local wineries Cons: TV did not work at first and clerk couldn't help- I had to trouble-shoot it myself, which required climbing up behind it and unplugging and plugging various components/ There was only one evening desk clerk for a full hotel"
