Also, why not leave appropriate consumables depending on the stay duration instead of as need, write and drop basis. Why not add info/request on your website for seamless digital access. "The host is very responsive which is a plus. The room was okay, didn't feel like it was cleaned very well and the pillowcases did not look appealing to sleep on I covered it with a towel. Basic amenities are provided. Location is super convenient though, close to the station and main strip of shops."

"No aircon in the unit only fans, if you drive a large suv parking at the back on the allocated slot is very incovenient. Wifi is not available for my firsr 2 days of accomodation until i spoke to customer service. Rooms are very basic. Lots of cockroach which tells you the cleanliness. Otherwise great location. Close to train station. Lots of great restaurants around."

"We stayed at Novotel Sydney on Darling Harbour for one night to celebrate my son’s birthday, but unfortunately our experience was disappointing. There was no warm welcome on arrival, and no complimentary birthday treat or cake for the celebration. The room did not feel clean—the carpet was dusty, the bathroom had mould and an unpleasant smell, and one of the face towels had what appeared to be a red stain on it. We were also surprised that there was no complimentary bottled water or basic...

"The paradox was a lovely place to stay, rooms were modern and clean. Staff were lovely. Breakfast served everything we needed. Coffee was nice and strong. Loved its location. Pool and spa were nice, tiles round spa could do with upgrading."
