Main bed very comfortable. Trundle beds for teenagers very uncomfortable. Springs were damaged- like sleeping on a hammock. Good air conditioning, perfect for a few nights. Not enough cutlery for 4 people- missing a fork, no chopping board. Close to shops. Great walk around the lake.

Uncomfortable Lake Side view
Had the worst unit in the resort. Bed was so uncomfortable, couch was horrible to sit on, dining chairs were hard. Bathroom was disgusting and the whole place needed a good clean including curtains and flywire screens. Swans come up to your door and poop all over the door way and are a nuisance. Paid extra for lake side view and got the worst unit.

Great location and comfortable. Need to update some details as no bar facilities for a long time apparently so that was disappointing. We had multiple rooms, views were great.

We got the room right next to Laundry and was quite noisy plus walls were quite thin so could hear next door neighbours too!! (could hear crystal clear someone going to toilet at night) Bathroom could do with a good scrub - not nicest room but cheap (had someone else stay here and there room was a million times nicer/better - we must’ve got worst room even though I’m sure we paid more for a nice lake view room)

The web sight said they have office hours until 5. Their office hours close at 4:00 . If you ring after 4 no one answers and you get put through to an after hours service . We rang many time and hung on for ages but got no answer. . We knew we would be late ; unable to contact the resort or the after hours service we arrived to find we had to ring the same after hours service we had been ringing for an hour. Very frustrating. We tried to contact wotiff for help but only got an automated service . We eventually after an hour and a half got through to the after hours searvice

A musical event at a local venue. Clean, well appointed, close to the committed show. More coffee packs and milk containers would have been nice. Aside from that good parking, a comfortable nights rest.

Lovely quiet surroundings in tropical gardens. Close to shopping centre etc. Only negative was that some lights in kitchen weren't working making it difficult to see. (Unit 27A).

The reception desk was not open at its operating hours. Floor was dirty and there was no room slippers provided. Both my mum and I had itch when skewing on the bed. I have to take antihistamines to conquer the itch before I sleep on the bed. Condition of place is a little worn out.

The rooms were clean, spacious, quiet, modern and well appointed with essentials. Sheets were fresh & clean, A/c was cool, shower was hot & strong, parking was good and the staff were friendly and helpful. We look forward to returning soon.

Short stay
We booked a deluxe one bedroom apartment, lake front. It was well appointed with a pleasant view. We were on level one. Things to note is that there is no lift, your car park is not near your room but in the parking lot on the property. I did not see any luggage trolley. It backs onto a shopping centre for anything you need to buy. You can walk to the RSL for meals. I would definitely book again, it was very peaceful.

Listed on both the website, and wotif, We were meant to have a queen size bed. On check-in, I was notified that because of the room size, that this particular room had a double bed. There was no need to have this much furniture in such a small space. For example, the chest of drawers at the end of the bed were are not needed as there is plenty of storage in the cupboard, the buffet next to the chest of drawers aren’t needed either, the TV could’ve easily been mounted to the wall. With these two lots of oversize drawers taken out of the room, would’ve made a practical space f a queen size bed to fit into the room. Notorious double bed, was so uncomfortable that the only place to be is in the closest tip. The feet of the bed was higher than the bed head, the mattress sagged in the middle, and it led to the right hand side. Why only saving grace; what’s the stuff for nice enough to make up the fold out lounge for my son. The walls are ridiculously, paperthin. Whoever was in the room above us, stomped around like there was an elephant in the room, multiple times during the night. None of the adjoining apartments have soft close hinges on any drawers or cupboards, and that was also a downfall. My favourite was hearing the person upstairs going to the bathroom at 4 am in the morning. The lights in the common area are that bright, it pieces through the Blockout blinds, on the top of the blinds and also either side, surely there could be a better way to light a common area.
