After experiencing the utter chaos in the foyer of the Premier inn opposite we escaped and found an oasis of calm in the Indigo hotel and found the cost was much cheaper here as a last minute booking. It is ideal for a visit to the Playhouse theatre just round the corner and plenty of restaurants and bars in easy reach.

Initial look of the hotel on photos looked great, until we arrived and it was full of construction blocking the windows, not many facilities either. Staff were lovely and gave us 2 complimentary drinks as the fridge didn’t even work in the room. Quiet , but you’d be better off with the premier inn across the road and a fraction of the price.
