"Can’t say enough good things about this hotel. The room was clean upon arrival. The staff throughout the property were some the friendliest I’ve ever encountered anywhere. Breakfast has a charge of around 18 dollars at time of this review and decent selection of both Japanese and western breakfast items. Hotel has a shuttles to Haneda International Airport and also to Kawasaki Station. The food quality at Cafe downstairs in lobby area was great for lunch and dinner. The coffee bar was a great place to a coffee and some cake in the afternoon. Definitely will stay there again. 10/10"

"Perfect place to stay the night before our flight back home. The bed was the only bed we had on our two week trip that didn’t cause me to wake up with agonizing back and neck pain! The breakfast is fine, lots of options. But their restaurant for dinner is PHENOMENAL. Room is very spacious and the amenities are great. Check in was easy and everyone spoke English."
