"Good location, staff not overly helpful, mostly young kids not trained in customer service! Rooms clean but bit drab and all but dull / dark. Breakfast okay but again service / quality all a bit lacking. Overall expensive for what it is."

"It was all good except the wifi did not work at all during my stay and the staff has nothing to offer as a back up. Not really ok in this day and age. In all other respects all the staff were very friendly and helpful The hotel is clean and modern and the pool area is lovely. Maybe just think about replacing the outside signage with the name of the hotel on it and give that area a coat of paint. "The Hilton was disappointing. The toilet paper was incredibly thin, the plumbing gurgled, the balcony had no seating so we couldn’t sit and enjoy the view. Breakfast was poor, no table service and lukewarm flask water for tea, breakfast was too early with advice to ‘get up early and avoid the crowds’. The bathroom was poorly fitted, with a flooding sink, really bog standard shower gel and soap which ran out and was not replaced, a tiny shower cubicle that you could hardly turn around in, no...

"Was disappointed to find that there was no available gym in the hotel, even though it is advertised as such. The sofa bed in the room was broken, as was the air-conditioning. Staff attempted to fix it but didn’t make a difference. When we visited, there was a pile of mattresses sitting in the lobby. Surely there’s a better way to manage this. We shared our complaints with staff at the hotel but they showed little interest so I hope management will take note "
